Liquorland Fine wines offer a 100% money back guarantee on everything we sell. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remedy the problem straight away.

• If the product you buy from us is not to your complete satisfaction, we will collect any unopened bottles at our expense and replace them or give you your money back
• If the product is found to be faulty in any way within 30 days we will replace the offending bottle(s) or give your you money back.
• If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it or give your money back. Please note we need you to report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery

We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide.

Delivery time’s nation-wide for Metro destinations will generally be within 3 days after payment has cleared. Rural deliveries may incur an additional day or two. Delivery will usually be during business days, Monday to Friday.
Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle carton or part there of. Delivery charges are calculated in the "Shopping Cart".

Delivery charges are:
Auckland Area: FREE (Albany/Drury/Titirangi/Howick) less than 12 bottles of wine and/or spirits or 24 bottles of beer orders are $5.00 per order.
North of Taupo: $5 for minimum purchase
South of Taupo + Waiheke Island: Up to two bottles is $5.00. $8 per case (More than two but less than 12 bottles of wine and/or spirits or 24 bottles of beer orders are $8.00 per order.)
South Island: up to two bottles is $8.00. $12.00 for minimum purchase. (More than two but less than 12 bottles of wine and/or spirits or 24 bottles of beer are $12.00 per order.)

All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit. To make it possible for us to make valid claims on our couriers for courier damage you must contact us within 24 hours or for loss within ten (10) days.

Obligation free Quotes – we have lots of experience in organising parties so we can help you select the beverages and calculate the quantities you require.

Sale or Return Policy – handy if you get the calculations wrong cause we’will gladly take back up to 20% of any unopened and unused goods. Basically if it’s in the same condition that we delivered it in, we can take it back.

Free Delivery – we can deliver your party supplies for free chilled and ready to go.

Free Glassware – we have a range of glassware available though it is in high demand so you need to book it early.
There is a $50 dollar bond per tray.
As long as all the glasses come back rinsed the bond will be refunded.
Breakages are $4.50 per glass

Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and / or providing you with our product information.

The financial information we collect from you when we process your online credit card payment is collected on a secure server that uses the latest encryption technology.
This information is strictly confidential, and the only people who have access to it are the people processing your payment.
We give you our promise that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.

Liquorland Fine Wines reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST)

We endeavour to meet advertised vintages, quantities and pricing, but all orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Liquorland Fine Wines. If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced we will contact you and advise you of the correct price or recommend a suitable substitute.

All goods remain the property of Liquorland Fine Wines until payment has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit any sale.

Case Prices are effective when the order is any twelve bottles, straight or mixed, of wine and or spirits. Once a twelve are ordered then all other individual wine and/or spirits bottles in that order will be charged at the case price rate.
