Brut Impérial is a balanced assemblage of the three vine varieties disclosing a succession of elegant and harmonious sensations, a fresh maturity, supple and and refined lines, inspiring well-being and an emotion which is appreciated andshared. Pale yellow with shades of green. Subtely vinous, with a vine and lime blossom attack. Delicate well-balanced ; leaves behind a sense of harmony, mellowness.

Named after Pelorus Jack, the dolphin that used to escort steamers through the Marlborough Sounds. The base wines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are fermented in a mix of stainless steel and French oak barriques and put through malolactic to provide softness, and the wine is lees aged for two years prior to disgorgement. An elegant, fruit-driven sparkler with a persistent bead and classic yeasty/nutty aromas and flavours enhanced by a crisp, fresh finish.

Lovely full aroma of peach and pear with a pastry-like decadence from the yeast lees, this is a fragrant tasting wine, moderately dry, a little spicy, with underlying sweet citrus, fleshy apple strudel, peaches and pear. Flavourful, with delicate musky florals infusing the creamy finish, it's bright and fresh, dry with a well-balanced savouriness and very nice.
    

Beautifully bright within the glass, this is sassy and forward, intensely fragrant with cherry fruit and some tidy, toasty oak. The fruit comes on almost sweet, then throttles back as the savoury, gamey characters bound in. Fully-flavoured with plenty going on, there's still a flicker of French verve which is. Very. Cool.

This wine has a delightful light lime colour. Aromas of passionfruit, currants and honeysuckle jump out of the glass. This one sneaks up on you! Initially citrus flavours are predominant then a lingering intensity kicks in with mouth filling flavours of guava & melon, rolling out to a long dry finish. A distinct example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. 

Pale straw with golden highlights. Ripe melon and peach abound with butterscotch and fig. Rich ripe fruit, with peach and an inherent creaminess.

       

Golden colour. Lively citrus and toasted caramel notes. Fresh and vibrant; smooth round and generous. A nicely layered wine with elegant sweet nut and toasted oak notes shining through with mineral notes that echo on the long, impressive finish.
